LED costumes and accessories purchased between 9/15 and 10/31 can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.  Exchanges must be made within 4 days of receipt.  Light sets must be sealed to qualify for an exchange or store credit.  *Our LED Cloth Face Masks and mask hood can not be returned or exchanged for safety reasons.


Returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery.  If you receive a defective product, we will replace with the same product.  If a refund is requested for a defective product instead of a replacement, we will have to deduct our outgoing shipping costs from the return.  Opened items may incur a 15% or greater restocking fee.

Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for any item that does not have an RMA #, has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, covered in pet hair, smells of smoke or covered in killer bees. Lights, battery box, adapter and controller must be in their original bag and clothing in the bag.   Lights must be in their original bag and not left on the clothing.  Light sets should not be opened until the clothing is tried on first as indicated on the light set bag.  There will be a restocking fee for any unsealed light set for both returns and exchanges.  A restocking fee or a rejection of the return may be applied if the above conditions are not met. Returns & Exchanges must be sent within 3 business days of getting your RMA# or the package will be sent back.


Write your RMA# on the box and on a note inside the box.  This is very important so we know who to refund or send exchange to!

You should return the item(s) through a traceable shipping method to the address above. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order or making an exchange.  Write the RMA# on the box and on a note inside the box.  Do not forget this step or your return or exchange will be delayed.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price less our actual shipping cost, using the original method of payment.  If you purchased a product with free shipping, we will still take out our actual shipping cost from the refund.  During the Halloween season (10/1 to 11/7), this can take up to 4 weeks.  Exchanges are generally sent out within 2 business days of receipt.
