*LED costumes and accessories purchased between 9/15 and 10/31 can only be exchanged or returned for store credit unless authorized by us.
Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for any item that does not have an RMA #, has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, covered in pet hair, smells of smoke or covered in killer bees. Lights, battery box, adapter and controller must be in their original box and clothing in the bag. A restocking fee or a rejection of the return may be applied if the above conditions are not met. Returns must be sent within 3 business days of getting your RMA#.
Write your RMA# on the box and on a note inside the box. This is very important so we know who to refund or send exchange to!

You should return the item(s) through a traceable shipping method to the address above. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order or making an exchange. Write the RMA# on the box and on a note inside the box. Do not forget this step or your return or exchange will be delayed.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price less our actual shipping cost, using the original method of payment. If you purchased a product with free shipping, we will still take out our actual shipping cost from the refund. During the Halloween season (10/1 to 11/7), this can take up to 4 weeks. Exchanges are generally sent out within 2 business days of receipt.
