Halloween Update 10/26/25
We are shipping as fast as possible for Halloween. We've added a "Halloween Shipping" option that should get it there by 10/30 or sooner. If you are not in the Western US, DO NOT choose the Free Shipping option. It may not get there in time. We know shipping times are important so we've provided the information below to help you decide on a shipping method.
FREE Shipping is 3-6 Business Days in the US. The closer to California you are, the faster it will arrive. (West Coast orders typically get delivered in 1-3 days)
Below are the shipping maps provided by each carrier. Orders within the US placed by 12:00pm Pacific time Monday-Friday will go out that day. Orders after 12:00pm PT will probably still go out same day up until 2pm but definitely will go out by the next business day. Please keep in mind we can not guarantee arrival times posted by the carrier unless it's a UPS overnight option. Once we hand off to the carrier, we have no control over any delays they may have. You will not get a refund on shipping if it's late unless it's UPS overnight.
USPS (US Postal Service) is very unreliable. Do not choose this option unless you have a PO Box or are in AK/HI. UPS is always the better option.
We may extend the cutoff time to as late as 4pm on some days. Info will be in the shipping info box that's on each product page.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is 3-6 business days (14 days for AK/HI) (sat/sun do not count as a day). It's not recommended to choose this option after 10/21 (especially if you are on the east coast) if you want it by Halloween. You can use the UPS map below as a guide for free shipping times. Remember, times are only an estimate. Give yourself a buffer of at least a day in case there are delays. Expedited or faster is the recommended option so it gets there faster and you still have time if you need to make a size exchange.
Expedited Shipping: We will choose a shipping method that the carrier shows as getting there within 1 to 3 business days (sat/sun do not count as a day). The 1 to 3 business days is not guaranteed as we have no control over carrier delays. Please keep this in mind. Only UPS Next Day is guaranteed (get shipping cost back if it doesn't arrive by stated cutoff date/time).
A business day for UPS is Mon-Fri. A business day for USPS is Mon-Sat. USPS Priority/Ground Advantage Mail is not guaranteed, it's only an estimate. Please remember that Saturday and Sunday do not count as a day with UPS however UPS does deliver on Saturday in some areas (ground only). The day we ship does not count as a day (if you select 2 day shipping on Monday before 12pm, it will arrive Wednesday).
If you need something overnighted and it's after our 12pm PT cutoff, give us a call (or email if our phones are busy or no answer) and we may be able to still get that out for you.
International shipping
We ship to most international locations. Goods in stock at the time of order will be shipped in 1-2 business days from receiving the order. USPS First Class International is not recommend if you want your order quickly. Rechargeable Batteries can not be shipped via DHL. **Please note that additional customs delays, charges and taxes can apply for imports**. Glowy Zoey has no control over these taxes and it is customers whole responsibility to comply with local customs regulations. Please inform yourself about customs policies and rules in your country. Any international returned shipment customers can be charged a return fee in case of non-compliance to local customs regulations.
Pay attention to the tracking emails we send. We will send an out for delivery email and delivery confirmation email. Any claims of non-delivery when tracking shows delivered must be made within 24 hours so we can investigate. Any damage or missing items claims must be made within 48 hours of deliver

LED Stick Figure Suits: In the unlikely event any part of the LED system fails (LED, controller, battery box, connectors, etc) under normal use within the first 180 days of purchase, we will send out a replacement part free of charge. Depending on the part, you may need to send it back to us first or in some cases, simply provide a photo of the issue. If a customer needs a replacement part because they broke it, we will provide one at a discounted rate. We want you to stay bright so we make the process really easy. We are a family run small business, no crazy hoops to jump through.

We have some return restrictions in place for Halloween to prevent abuse, but rest assured, we can make exceptions on an individual basis (if you're a super cool person). We aren't some huge corporation with strict rules. We will make sure you are all set for Halloween!
Returns can be made through our return portal here (US orders only). Please read the information below before requesting a return through the portal. International returns can not be made through the portal. Please contact us if outside the US.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you are not satisfied with the items in your order, go ahead and send them back to us (after contacting us first) within 14 days of receipt for a refund (less our shipping costs and any restocking fees).* Read restrictions below.
You are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error with your order or a faulty product. Opened items may incur a restocking fee if they are not in new condition. Any claims of missing parts or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any returns of BOGO offers must include all items in the BOGO deal.
Costumes and related accessories purchased between 9/15 and 10/31 can only be exchanged or returned for store credit* (see exception below). Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt. If you are worried about an exchange not arriving in time, you can go ahead and purchase the size you need and we will refund you for the wrong size when you send it back. Just let us know before you make your order. Light sets must be sealed to qualify for an exchange or store credit. The section above is just for 9/15 to 10/31. If an order arrives after Halloween, keep it sealed and we will accept a return for refund.
*If you need to make an exchange but are pressed for time and can't wait for it to get here and us send it back out, you can order the new size you need and return the size that didn't fit for a full refund.
*Mask hoods can not be returned or exchanged for safety reasons.
Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for any item that does not have an RMA #, has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, covered in pet hair, smells of smoke, damaged or covered in killer bees. For LED stick figures, lights must be in their original bag and not left on the clothing. If a return or exchange is accepted despite it not meeting our guidelines, a restocking fee may be applied. We do not cover return shipping costs for international exchanges. A minimum restocking fee of 10% will be added to any returns or exchanges that do not follow these simple guidelines.
Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of issuance of RMA# or the return/exchange will not be accepted.

You should return the item(s) through a traceable shipping method to the address above (this is automated through our return portal). If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order or making an exchange. Write the RMA# on the box and on a note inside the box. Do not forget this step or your return or exchange will be delayed.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price less our shipping cost, using the original method of payment. Exchanges will be sent out within 1-2 business day of receipt.
